Gets good exposere in audit.

Dislikes

Canteen and HR policy is not good. Never plan before to work as per schedule. Less manpower and work load is more.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
