Isolator technology based lines. Plant head Mr. Sunil Karape Sir is good person.

Not following GMP/cGMP practices. Salary deduction is more. You seen more CTC but in hand salary is very less. Canteen facility is not good and no cleanliness. Management is not good. Without intimation many employees fired by company. They given only 03 months notice period. In notice period they will not give you any leave. All leaves will get zero after resignation and no leave encashment policy. HR and their policies are not good. Company not provided employee medical insurance policy. Oncology plant but no safety of employees. Shilpa Medicare Limited is only production oriented company. Very bad experience in Shilpa Medicare Limited. All bypass system. No job security. No mediclaim, No HR policy.. Shift per day change, no weekly off on time. Manager Prakash Nikam is worst person, bahut pareshan karta hai. Attendence update time pe nain hoti so salary cut.. No overtime No EL , leaves after resign.
