Without intimation many employees fired by company. They given only 03 months notice period. In notice period they will not give you any leave. All leaves will get zero after resignation and no leave encashment policy. HR and their policies are not good. Company not provided employee medical insurance policy. Oncology plant but no safety of employees. Shilpa Medicare Limited is only production oriented company. Very bad experience in Shilpa Medicare Limited.
