Shifts rotation is worst, b shift after C shift, double shift is common, No mediclaim, No HR policy. No leves after resignation ( no Encashment) No job security. They took resign from person forcefully, Sunil Karpe and Prakash Nikam are worst persons bahut pareshan karte hai.

I like the job security which is of 3 yrs bond agreement with company

(1)Workers are working without Safety gadgets are buildings are not installed with safety equipments which may lead to chances of damage or fatal issues (2) Medicines are not prepared with GMP guidelines and Sop. very very bad manufacturing process. Dirty raw water is using for medicine preparation. (3) Canteen facility is not good at all and food quality is also very bad enough and shift person is not allowed for afternoon lunch. Without intimation many employees fired by company. They given only 03 months notice period. In notice period they will not give you any leave. All leaves will get zero after resignation and no leave encashment policy. HR and their policies are not good. Company not provided employee medical insurance policy. Oncology plant but no safety of employees. Shilpa Medicare Limited is only production oriented company. Very bad experience in Shilpa Medicare Limited.
