I like the atmosphere . Staffs children will get fee concession which is helpful. They have lot of co curriculars but not sure they will implement all.. Overall average cbse school

Had a positive impression as a parents at first . But regretting now as a teacher working there. I work under a principal who is rude and not ready to hear staffs requests. He will illtreat staffs as he is head of organization. Really feeling bad and I am in the position to continue as tat is the only option as of now. If he continues, soon they will get negative feedback . No air conditioned classroom. Only for kg it's sir conditioned...Read More

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
