Nothing. Worst company ever.. The owner Ghani is so cheap and the way she talk is not at all professional. Sometimes you will feel that you are in fish market.

Working at Shaw was indeed a pleasure because of the teammates. Really helpful with a very good atmosphere to work in.

The career growth and the politics are something that I dislike about Shaw.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
