Good work environment but not fully supportive teammates and management is not so good.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair but they dont give good salary.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is also low.so, self motivation can't be gained.

Lack of experience I don't have much things about them . They have both (good &bad) things. Like the timing of work was good. But they don't trust on employees

They don't believe in teamwork . The owner of the company calling again and again but don't come and see what's going on

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
