Company do not have any tranning policies, long working hrs and no appreciation for your efforts and slow growth and managers behaviour are below standards they don't know how to respect their juniors

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
