Basically shams energy is a solar based company as well as it provides training program to diploma and degree holder and from this year they are planning to organise a renewal able energy centre so that they can teach school going children also about renewable energies and make an awareness.

Dislikes

I feel that their is lack of growth for a social working department. And I face salary problem too

I work over there as a p.r.o as well as h.r , I provide training to diploma and engineering department (workshop and implament training through msbt hub) also we are working in schools , I provide training to them also . Conduct solar based session ,
