There was no1 who can speak politely with new joining staff .. very rude behaviour, nd I was selected for quality inspector in interview bt when the day I joined the company I get to know that ,I hav to work as a sqc / checker .. how pathetic behaviour. Worse company I have ever experienced...

Senior behaviour is very bad. Miss behave and yelling at juniors. No live and holiday for juniors. If someone take live in urgent basis seniors are punish us. And finally salary is low.

The work culture is very toxic. I am part of the Business intelligence team and have experienced a very toxic atmosphere. There are 2 seniors in our team, they keep all the information to themselves and when we make mistakes they point it out. The training is very bad, nobody gives you proper guidance.
