I did not like working at shahi at all especially in the purchasing department, I felt like there is language racism, there is no growth, no support for improvement, Micromanagement, Worst managers I have ever seen in my carrier. But I recommend people who want to work in shahi will be happy and satisfied in any other department other than purchasing.
