I have been working with Shah TC more than a decade & this could be due to the matual consistency . I have been seen almost all milestone of the company . Moreover , the company is very optimistic with its upcoming projects & ventures. I really have grown with this orgnization. Working environment is really great. Over all a good company to work with.

Working as Front Office- Manager since 2006 and handling reception , calling , house-keeping management, insurance , inventory, sort of Travelling , HR assistance and administration, repaire & Maintainance ,Vendor management ,Mis clearical work etc..

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
