You get overworked so hopefully might learn something.

Everything. The work culture. Work life balance. The attitude of seniors. The politics. No job security. No growth. I haven't come across a half-satisfied soul throughout my stay which was long. Do not join this organization, I would you rather wait for a couple of months.
