Benefits , food is best. You are mostly selected for a new project so learning is there and that's reason work overload also.

Dislikes

HR should give employee a little ease of wearing at least t shirt and casual or semiformal shoes as manufacturing ppl have to undress and dress up several times it is hectic . Phones are not allowed. Production ppl don't have pantry.
