It's an amazing to work with Serco where seniors are very humble and listening.

Dislikes

There is nothing such a thing which I can say that I don't like about Serco, the only reason is to seek for switching to another company is better amenities, salary and respected position where I can use my knowledge, skills and experience to grow more up.

Work Details

I love to do my job and everyday start with something new to do and learn, seniors are very kind and they provide space and an opportunity to learn something new and implement on that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
