EVERYTHING. PLEASE DON'T QUIT AT YOUR CURRENT COMPANY AND JOIN AT CHANAKYA BY SEEING THE FAKE OUTER CIRCLE AND SWEET MANAGER TALK AND PACKAGE. COMING TO ANY DEPARTMENT ALL OF THEM HAVE ATTITUDE LIKE THEY OWN THE COMPANY ITSELF. IF YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT THE MANAGER'S TO HIGHER AUTHORITY. THEY WILL ALWAYS TAKE THE MANAGER SIDE AND WILL TERMINATE YOU BY SAYING YOUR PERFORMANCE IS WEAK IN WORK. EVEN IF YOUR PERFORMANCE IS GOOD AND YOU JUST SAID NO TO WAIT ONCE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN THE OFFICE TILL 10PM SOMETIMES MORE. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID FOR YOUR EXTRA EFFORTS OF WAITING. COMPANY DOESN'T PROVIDE OVERTIME WHOSE SALARY IS ABOVE 22K. Just the directors are good but as running a company they are not aware of what their managers who are working with them since 12 years are doing with the new joined employee it's high time you have such big name with the dior company and doing their work directors focus on what's happening internally and how yoir employees are suffering just because your senior managers don't allow them to grow and many more things please talk to your HR or else one day your all important clients will go away from you due to complaints to the audit teams. Everything and specially Senior Managers the name starting with letter 'V' big time bad politics players and they don't care about their employees at all and it's really worst can't even express in words I would just pray as the company is good it can grow more but just because of their few old employees things are getting worst formultiple employees also if you focus on the company employees ratio alot of people are removed without any pior notice and also the raiot of old employees is less and new employees leave the company in 9minths or maximum one year.
