All the staffs work as a team member and all are very punctual to the office working hours.

Dislikes

This company is a China base company. This company make power plant project. Hence after completing the project work all the Chinese staffs go back to china. Its very painful when you find some of your good friends go away from you and if you know it is not so easy to meet them again, with whom you have work more then ten years. This is the only thing i don't like.

Work Details

Deal with all the client of SEPCOIII. Party payment, owner payment, dealing with tax office, bank guarantee and bank related all work, insurance related all work, import materials clearance at custom house, making contract for service for bus and car.

My salary was less and not got any training during my job. It's a Chinese company, so everything was controlled by them only.

Dislikes

My all colleagues were Chinese and they didn't know English language properly, so very difficult to communicate everything. No scope for development.
