Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? I'm grateful that I have worked for this company and thankful to all who have been a part of my journey. For me it is just the work life balance that worked - nothing else - sorry to say this.

I'm grateful to have worked with the company though, however, sorry to say that I wasn't satisfied at all with the culture, the attitude, the manager's perception, the hikes, and the politics. Sorry to quote all this.
