FYI, There are good apples & bad apples in every company. Truth is this is the best company to work with and there is no regrets. Management is currently handled by a Gem of a person. They listened to employees concern and took immediate steps to resolve it right away. If you get an opportunity here then don't decline it. Love this company and the opportunity given

Unfortunately there is not even a single thing I liked about this company as there will be unreasonable layoffs suddenly and there will not be proper relieving though be aware of this types of startup company totaly will spoil your career

Unfortunately my experience with SENSIPLE was deeply disappointing. Their bias was palpable in every interaction, Making it clear that fairness and integrity is not priority. I cannot recommend the services to anyone. A culture that neglects thief employees welfare. The HR management and inside politics are unacceptable. Please think before you go to SENSIPLE

Earlier the management was good but currently they are not running as IT COrporate.

you have to adjust and in relationship with your head/TL they protect you , even if you are not working. They won't value if you are working and not close relationship with head.
