you have to adjust and in relationship with your head/TL they protect you , even if you are not working. They won't value if you are working and not close relationship with head.

It doesn't run like a software company. They run software company like a manufacturing company. They never switch on AC. You will be exposed to Spy camera always. No basic respect to employees. We should call higher officials as SIR. They use abusive words. There is no work policy, what ever comes to their mind, that will become as policy. Leave policy and other policy will vary person to person.

Unfortunately my experience with SENSIPLE was deeply disappointing. Their bias was palpable in every interaction, Making it clear that fairness and integrity is not priority. I cannot recommend the services to anyone. A culture that neglects thief employees welfare. The HR management and inside politics are unacceptable. Please think before you go to SENSIPLE
