Most baised company. There is no hearing for any issue. Here HODs cannot be removed from their post so they work as a pathetic bureaucratic way.

The worst company I've been worked with. The culture and work life balance is worst. HR doesn't exist in this company. No job security, your line manager or HOD can fire you whenever they wanted to.

It's an MNC heavily influenced from Singapore company culture but very good company with professional attitude and good work life balance.

Dislikes

Not much as of now,,same issues with whole manufacturing- too many old people with relatively less opportunities to youngsters

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
