I am working as a software engineer in Selrom software for past 8 month,i am very happy working in this company, we have good trainees ,they train very well,good management, working freely ,no pressure to achieve targets ,flexible timing.

I worked for SELROM for 1 year. I definitely says that this is one of the best startup company in Bangalore I have ever seen. because they treated me in very professional manner, management & teammates are very friendly & supportive. The main thing they provided salary 5th of every month on time. If project deadline is passed that time they will encourage you to complete the project. This is startup company but they treating employees like MNC company. They giving enough time to complete the project, they really value our hard work, they encourage freshers. I left selrom after 1 year is completed because i got job in MNC company with high salary package, but amazing they provided me experience certificates, releaving letter & all documents on time. Because they very understanding & good heart peoples. so they support us always. They have 3 branches at bangalore , tamilnadu so most of time MANAGING DIRECTOR living at tamilnadu office, so for getting any assistance need to wait long time /days. My advice to selrom director as a ex.employee of selrom keep focus on all your offices equally.

my advice to selrom: don't always choose freshers or less experience propels. up to 3+ yrs experience they are all like freshers only. so for better result select at least 2,3 senior developers. this will help selrom growth
