This is one of the most horrifying company that you can ever work with. The work culture is poor as hell. If you are a sales employee, they will suck all your references from your previous organization and put it in their revenue. Once they see you don't have any references that can be turned into revenue , they will fire you right then and employ someone who brings reference. The management really like to steal other major companies employee, hire them at a better package. Once these new employees are on board, they ask them to provide previous company references that can be used to get more money until one day you say that you don't have client reference- is the day they look for new candidates that will replace you right then only. This company sucks to the core that after a week of joining only, you will realize that your existence doesn't matter. They will treat you like a garbage bin and will throw you out as soon as you are no longer required. The management is the worst for promoting such a hostile work environment. This place is filled with those employees who do not have even a single ounce of potential, the once who likes drama and doesn't know anything except bad-mouthing and licking the garbage stuck on their boss's shoes. They know who they are exactly. No need to take names here publicly. In short, this company is one possible gateway for you to enter SHIT. Seedwill should be named to SHIT-will.
