They will ask to develop a Product in 90 days then 91 days product will not be available then throw that team out again give that same module to another team to w ork so on. till now they don't have that product....Read More

This company is a joke basically! They don't have any product but they won't stop hiring managers! Roadmap changes every few weeks..... developers are made to overwork.... product managers are basically useless and don't have the necessary skills....upper management lacks values and boundaries when it comes to work ethics! They will waste your time in useless activities and keep changing the roadmap every week so whatever effort you have put will be wasted soon! Very polarised office! The CEO, CTO and VP's of the company are highly talented individuals who possess the great vision for the product. They have incorporated the new ideas that have helped to take the product to the next level. Their ideas are Genuine and they are trying to come up with innovative ways to improve the product.

Dislikes

However, there are too many product managers whose main issue lies with the lead product managers. There are two of them and they seem to have zero knowledge about the product they are managing. They are only showcasing their fancy and impressing the superiors. For Instance, When compan y identifies a problem and come up with solution, But here these two Genius tend to incorporate their dreams and ideas in to the solution with out any consistency. They come up with new ideas everyday and insist to develop them, Even they are not feasible or beneficial for the company. This is causing lot of problems for the company and leading it to go downhill. The product is suffering as a result of their lack of knowledge and expertise. The company need to take action and replace these two product managers with individuals who have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the product successfully....Read More
