1. No professionalism in the company 2. Even director drinks alcohol during office hours 3. No respect to junior employees 4. Unnecessary pressure for day 1 with induction and they thought you know each and every thing from day 5. Worst company of my entire 10 year career 6. Soft hearted and hard working candidate don’t apply here at all. You all will lose your identity

The people there were friendly and I made good friends there.

Dislikes

No personal boundaries. Although there is a hierarchy but most of the time it's the owner getting the job done. There is no learning or guidance given by the manager, Everything needs to be done on your by looking at Google answers. People there are always doing overtime without any compensation.

My experience with Scroll Mantra is very disappointing. This organisation lacks professionalism, work exposure, management. Especially the management structure is a big concern, the director of Social Media Team, Komal Sejwal appears lack of necessary knowledge and skills for her role. She don’t know how to communicate with her team, she don’t know how to manage a team properly. It feels like “koi jahil gawar aa gya hai office me” Promotions seem to be user more on favouritism. There is only one young Vani Jindal in finance department who manage the accounts and make a lot of errors.
