No company policies ,bad culture, no job security.. no full and final terminate or relieve the employees on the same day

Very-2 poor management, very bad culture, no security of job, No increment, lot of politics. MD is short tempered and usually abusing the employees. Production based company no quality, lot of manipulations and violation of regulations. Relieve or terminate the employees on the same day.

Every think is very gud. Team work are necessary for give the best performance to company. So all staff of injection department work as a teamwork. And job security is also very good. Company care of all employees. Company give the best convence for travelling the employees.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
