Job Description
- To Maintain and Monitor cGMP on shop Floor.
- To ensure proper line clearance before any activity on shop floor for carrying out production activities during change overs.
- To ensure that the dispensing activities are done as per laid down norms and procedures.
- To ensure timely in-process sampling of bulk, semi finish & finished product and rinse /swab samples.
- Monitoring and Verification of online documentation on shop floor.
- Monitoring and Verification of Online Particle Counter activity.
- To exercise control and monitor that production documents are in order and the documents are moved as the process progresses.
- Execution and review of Batch Production and Control Records.
- Destruction of Rejected Raw Materials, Non-Recoverable Materials.
- To ensure that materials are stored as per their recommended storage conditions.
- To ensure that production is using QC Approved Materials with status labels.
- To collect the control sample, stability sample & validation sample during the process.
- Preparation & execution of Media fill validation, Autoclave validation, Tunnel validation, vials washing machine validation, vials filling machine validation and sealing machine.
- In absence of candidate, alternate QA Officer shall do the activity with co-ordination.
- Any additional responsibility assigned by department Head.
