IPQA Officer- QA

JD:

1) To be supervise on going packaging activities with respect to product BPCR, labels, weight verifications…. etc.

2) To be supervise dispatch activities with respect to customer requirements such as PO, product name, type, container closure, labels, COAs etc. before shipping.

3) To be supervise QMS activities on shop floor in warehouse, production blocks like SOPs formats such as daily housekeeping records, balance calibration reports, logbooks, online production BPCR, dispatch check list, raw material status and others related to defined SOPs.

4) To be issue BPCR to all blocks as per prerequisite.

5) Review of BPCR as per instruction by designated QA person.

6) As and when required, to be provide on job training regarding SOPs format to concern staff.

7) To be prepared master, controlled, uncontrolled, reference, obsolete & distribute documents as per SOPs and formats requirement.

8) Issuance of Change control, OOS, deviation & other QMS formats whenever required from respective department and retained record in logbook.

9) To be issue documents, protocols, log book and format to all department as per prerequisite.

10) Retrieval of documents.
