Q.C- Officer/Executive

1) Working as per company / management policy & reporting to Quality Control Head.

2) To daily analytical planning within the team to deliver results to production team within agreed analytical timeline.

3) Timely review of analytical documents with respect to cGMP and internal SOPs.

4) Ensures compliance in Quality Control laboratory with all-time readiness for customers and surprise audits.

5) Ensure QC instruments are working properly and with minimum breakdown.

6) To review and updates specifications for raw materials and packing materials specifications.

7) To prepare, review and update working standards.

8) To maintain calibration records and instruments.

9) To conduct stability studies of volumetric solutions and products.

10) To investigate analytical errors and failures.

11) To support in investigating customer complaints.

12) To validate instruments, equipments, processing and analytical methods.

13) To prepare stability protocols.

14) To review analytical results, calibration records, logbooks and ensure correctness and completeness

15) Maintains effective employee relations built on mutual trust, teamwork and accountability.

16) Co-ordinate with warehouse, Quality Assurance and production for effective sample testing planning

17) Must work collaboratively across the organization including Purchase, Production, Sales, and Quality assurance, HR/Admin and R&D, P&D
