• Responsibilities:
• Develop an excellent safety culture in plant and maintaining safety procedures and manual.
• Prepare training calendar; give training to all the level of employees.
• Maintaining Legal documents and statutory licenses for equipments used for process safety.
• Conducting JSA and preparing EHS SOPs with team.
• Preparing Minutes of safety committee, gaps, action plan and monitoring report
• Ensuring PPE’s inventory.
• Fire and safety equipment maintenance and inspection
• Organising Mock drill and fire drill as per GFR and emergency evacuation and life safety issue.
• Maintaining monthly Safety performance data sheet.
• Preparing Mock drill and fire drill report.
• Ensuring Compliance of various types of permits (i.e. Hot work, Height work, Confined space, RT test Etc.)
• Taking rounds of plant area and collect site Safety non-conformance observation’s and forward to concern department for compliance.
• Systematically checking all tank farm area and implementing the quality and standards of storage area.
• Carrying out third party safety audits, internal audits and ensuring implementation of necessary corrective actions or non-compliances are identified.
• Preparing all types of fire and checklist and safety posters.
• Work place monitoring and area monitoring as per Gujarat factory rules.
• Installation of fire and safety equipment’s of new projects area.
• Managements of Fire AMC man power.
• Accident /incident investigation Form: 21, 32,33 and helping process dept. for report preparation with appropriate CAPA.
• Handling Emergencies with the help of fire fighter, safety committee and ERT members.
• Maintaining records of Medical monitoring, OHC and first aid arrangements in plant.
• Good Hand on MS Office and related software like word power point with good typing.
