You can learn new technologies if you wish to invest more than working hours. WFH available

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. Always overloaded. Bad management. No structure for new projects and deadlines. Bad leave structure (no cash in or carry forward)

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
