No management, unorganised work, long hours(12-15 hours generally). They will call you even after working 12-15 hours of working when you are at home or on they way and ask you to work as soon as their client asks. They treats employees like slave. Most highly unprofessional environment I can think of. You can also see employees fighting like street dogs because of toxicity. From lower to higher management everyone is very toxic. Job security in QA department is good, if you are giving your efforts . forget about growth and learning. Management and policies are better.

As a fresher salary is 15k, but as a QA your work is just Copy paste. No learning and no growth. Just a time pass job.
