working Policy is not there. No job security. Very low level politics. Manager specially plant one licking people to md and quality head. Operation head. Working culture is like "gulam giri". So I have no one can recommend this company. no product set. Blaming on each other. No transport facility for night shift. Night shift time is so unique 5to3.

Work Details

Very hectic and tension full work. Only 15 leaves in year and your take any leave for medical emergency also you have first meeting with Non technical md. He also give you termination letter on spot. So that is very terrible culture.

This company is located in Vasai. It has no job security. As per management is concerned I had very good and experienced production manager. Salary Issues are there with no benefits.

Dislikes

No compensation. No work pressure because no work. Purchase manager has no knowledge at all. Everything is waste to work here apart from production manager who is well mannered. Salary delayed every month.
