Initaited WFH to all the employees, no salary cut to the employees. Management supported the employees to set up WFH.

No,This company has very very poor management system,politics, and no job security at all.no training division in operation except a voice process domain name(sabrogation )

I was working in operation( over payment US HEALTHCARE).work type is very interesting. But the system and management is very very poor.no proper hierarchy in designation.managers are completely violating company policy.one employ could be easily targeted.

My first work place, very good exposure to IT field Good work culture Career growth was good. Work time was flexible HR and Higher management was friendly and reachable to all.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
