Scientific publishing is best for female candidates in the regard of timing, work pressure is far better compared to other companies . Growth factor. Is very low. Work environment couldn't be appreciated still not too low to worry .

I couldn't say anything that I like in this company. Only the co-colleagues are helpful but the seniors higher than us are not.

Dislikes

They discourage a lot and never provide good training and guidance. I personally experienced lots of depression and got stressed out due to their behavior and treating employees (especially new joiners) as trash. The extinct of their actions took me to a severe mental illness.

Management is good. They are moving forward with a vision and are very down to earth in nature and support you.

Very bad salary structure, no matter how hard you work or approval or appreciation from the clients! You always get paid very low "it's like throwing away bread crumbs for pegeons". Work load given is huge!

I worked there for 2 months only but I was treated well and companies policies were excellent

The work timing is only 7 and half hours. But there won't be any growth in our work-life. The TL's were mostly old fashioned peoples. They wont allow us to grow and will not atall encourage us to move forward. Appraisals are very bad. Team mates are friendly and co operative

We cannot expect growth in salary and our skills will not be encouraged by managers and team leaders. SPS will not allow us to move forward in life.

I joined as a fresher in sps. It taughts me a lot. My team mates are very supportive and friendly. Managers conducts us classes for developing our inner skills. I love working in sps.

There is no proper appraisal. They are only work minded. Everyone knows only how to work. Apart from, that none learning other skills.
