Likes

Better office environment and culture. Other benefits like incentives, OT and bonus are excellent. Overall nice place to work especially for women.

Dislikes

But the only thing to be improved is low salary and annual increment.

Everything was good with SPS. Especially the team and the TLs. They have a perfect workflow and a clear structure and also have a well defined role for every designation.

Dislikes

I had some difficulties with the shift timings. Apart from this, everything was fine.
