My manager is very supportive, knowledgable, and i like working in his leadership Seniors and ceo is reachable and they listen to ideas, suggestions, and encouraging to perform our best Work culture is very result focused; directly get chance to do meeting with clients -- my clients appreciate our work and give amazing feedback to help me perform even better.

Nothing to dislike as such; 1 or 2 times in a week, need to stay back till about 7:30pm, but this is manageable Company has stopped complementary evening snacks

Only desperate people will work here. No work life balance, be ready to sacrifice your health & life balance. No Job security, you can be fired immediately without any reason & some casual reason. You will be overloaded with no of tasks which is not possible to complete by single person in the allocated duration. Says AI tool is used, but most of the work is done Manually like a labor. There will be hectic & toxic work culture. Official work hours are 9 AM - 6:30 PM but no one leaves before 7:30 PM. For any urgent medical leave you need to submit doctor's certificate even if you take leave for a day.
