Nothing to dislike as such; 1 or 2 times in a week, need to stay back till about 7:30pm, but this is manageable Company has stopped complementary evening snacks

Policies : You need to submit your original document with them Reporting after 9:15 is late, After 9:30 is super late and after 9:45 is considered half day. Are we in school ? Official work hours are 9 AM - 6:30 PM but no one leaves before 7:30 PM. For any urgent medical leave you need to submit doctor's certificate even if you take leave for a day. Talk very negatively they'll demotivate you. 50-60% of the team is full time students who are doing internship there. 20-30% are between 1-2 years of experience and only 10-15% are above 2+ YOE.
