I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

The team was brilliant when i was working,they had innovative methods to cater for wide range of students, later everything changed when management was changed the decision made by the new people in management was Not transparent.

Managers don't value individual's unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time i do get appreciation from my clients and rated high on the profile but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which us a pain. There is no recognition for hard and smart workers they just ask you to quit whenever they feel so. Absolutely no job security....Read More
