There was nothing to like about Scaler it was a very very toxic place every level of management is toxic

Everything There is nothing called as work life balance like the mention its all fake All they do is torture even during weekends for not working and even if you are late by 1 minute there is Half day lop You by chance miss to make talk time one day again there LOP And the list goes on

They provide food and snacks throughout the day, which might be cool for some people, specially if they aren't able to manage it elsewhere. However, it is always advisable that if possible carry your own food.

The company culture is pathetic, people have been hired from BYJUs, and in townhalls etc the higher management would usually spread ill facts about BYJUs, which essentially is what they have been continuing in this company too. If you notice, none of them are from good backgrounds or almas, but still have been made AGM's and VP's etc, all merely because they were the first ones to join when the Company started. Managers are weird with timings, and would make sure you stay at office even on weekends post 9. Culture of the company is to ridicule people and make them feel small, and only celebrate a select few. For everything that you do, they would usually say Scaler gives a lot of money, which is again really reduntant. HR, i feel is the worst here, wherein they claim that there is a no exception policy, however, according to their wish, they ward some people wfh while some are called wfo, no said rules, neither policies. The same haywire system goes for attendance cycle as well. I clearly don't see a point of them building this company anyway, where the product price is so high, and the claims that they make for upskilling a candidate, i really don't feel that it is worth it....Read More

Management is shaken to the core, The VP and AVP think they are doing some work but all they know is how to show off about doing work, there is no long-term thoughtful planning now and then changes are introduced abruptly and then imposed if not followed they shall show you the exit gate. While hiring HR is daydreaming while joining managers tell you the actual story</mark>. Unintended pressure is put with no valid reasoning. Incentive policies to attract new hires are old what BDAs used to have 3-4 years back but the reality is different.
