Nitin Solanki and his puppets - ego driven and disconnected , he loves to parade around talking about culture, does the opposite. (sorry it depends on his mood) He gets paid a fortune for taking wrong decisions and ruining the company, no wonder everyone has left. All the AVP's have only one job - sit and ask "what are we getting today?". They get paid 50-60LPA to ask this question every and oh, dress up to office. The daily KRA includes carrying a burberry and coach bag to come and pick 2 bda's to TRY and retain them ( "don't leave scaler what do you know about the market outside?") when the truth is who is giving these a job outside scaler? i think they have accepted that sitting and doing haanji maalik ( sorry malik ) is the only option left to afford the fuel of the harrier and suv LOL . Nitin Solanki thinks his height can compensate for the personality he has and the stupid questions / polls he takes is to look like he cares about the people when their first resort to solving a problem is - Layoff. Sachit and palash are the lucky not so lucky nepo oldies who come to office at 2pm and spend all day having lunch and asking their employees - have you gone through this data??? where are the payments??? i mean seriously you guys are costing people their career. kriti trivedi- the pseudo iim certication hr who is a perfect example of a robot who does nothing but repeats policies day in and day out and has not solved one real problem without saying " let me check with nitin/sachit/palash" my only advice to them? resign. scaler is a great company- stop ruining it. 300 great resources have left because of your poor decision making nitin, time to retire buddy....Read More

Everything There is nothing called as work life balance like the mention its all fake All they do is torture even during weekends for not working and even if you are late by 1 minute there is Half day lop You by chance miss to make talk time one day again there LOP And the list goes on

Company culture is good. 4 time meals and snacks unlimited. But Depends on which department you are in. Customer Support is the worst with the manager and VP

The Manager Pankaj of Customer Support is very toxic and the VP does not care. No promotion. No job security. Minimal hike like 1000-1200 each year. Even bonus is not sure.

You work here and you will see yourself what kind of people are there on the senior level positions. This is the fst company where I have seen managers having liquor on the floor. People with no good backgrounds have been promoted on higher positions. These people do nothing just sucks the blood of BDAs. They take holidays on Saturday and Sunday giving one or the other reason essentially because they want to spend time with their families however they do not provide any offs to the employees even the person has strong medical or personal reason . They ask you to work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Pathetic culture, these people keep on shouting BDAs for sales like mad dogs. When it comes to supporting they run away. It's really a not safe organisation for women because the managers here characterizes girls without having any shame. They talk shit about girls characters here. Even if you raise voice against it the company takes no action. Surprise to see a company full of brainless people on senior level. If you have to survive in this organisation either you will have to do a** liki**g or you have to tolerate their bull shit mindset otherwise these people will eat your job. The manager they will put you to work under either will eat your brain with nonsense talks all day or he will eat your time with his lane jokes. Ultimately this company has appointed verbal and mental abusers on senior levels. When you join the company these people on the fst few days will show you like you have joined heaven however within 15 day I bet you will know their sick mindsets and their way to handle teams.
