Job Description

Scaler Academy is looking for Remote Instructor LLD (Academy) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Curriculum Development:Design and develop comprehensive curriculum plans for courses in alignment with industry standards and learning objectives
Create instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, to support the delivery of training programs
Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience and promote active student engagement
Instructional Delivery:Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse groups of learners, ranging from beginners to advanced professionals
Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and interactive activities to convey complex concepts effectively and promote understanding
Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals
Assessment and Evaluation:Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to measure student learning outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
Analyze student performance data and provide constructive feedback to inform instructional improvements and curriculum revisions
Conduct course evaluations and gather feedback from students to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and emerging training needs
Professional Development:Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the subject matter areas you teach
Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to enhance your instructional skills and knowledge
Collaborate with fellow instructors and subject matter experts to share expertise, exchange resources, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Administration and Support:Coordinate logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, room setup, equipment preparation, and participant registration
Provide administrative support, such as maintaining attendance records, grading assignments, and responding to student inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with academy staff and management to ensure the smooth operation of training activities and adherence to organizational policies and procedures
