Likes: Best place to improve and learn new skills. You have many high performing candidates around you which pushes you to give your best and get any kind of help. You will actually know what does the word "Impact" mean.
Dislikes: Not a typical company where you expect to perform at an average rate and still be satisfied. Work life balance depends on how you treat your work and how good you are at being efficient.

Dislikes: The Manager Pankaj of Customer Support is very toxic and the VP does not care.
No promotion. No job security. Minimal hike like 1000-1200 each year. Even bonus is not sure.
