Only Ed-tech to give a lot of importance to work culture while not compromising on the quality of work delivered. I have been a part of other organizations before, like - Byju's, UpGrad, etc., but the culture here is extra-ordinary. A prime example to show the other organizations that pressure is not the only thing that can drive tremendous output.
