It is true that in year 2020, company failed to offer any increments due to pandemic situation. But, before 2020 and again from 2021, SBSOL offers best compensation package and yearly increments along with medical insurance, Incentives, overtime work benefits, and other perks. SBSOL IS A 'VAJRA' STATUS COMPANY, AWARDED BY DEPT. OF LABOUR, KERALA GOVERNMENT. As you mentioned yourself as Jr. Graphic Designer, for those who join as junior graphic designers without any experience from colleges and training institutes, company provide them expert process training, and once they prove their abilities, the first increment itself comes to around 25% to 40%.
