Dislikes

Work life balance is very critical in this company. For me I am working for 2 designation at a time. There is, I am the only person to take care of Sales Support, Administration and Operations. Company need to think about it.

Sales Support Associate, Operations, Administration.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
