This is basically A cooperative culture. Employees are desatisfied about the behaviour of senior management. Management support , career growth , organisation culture , customer service is terrible poor. Compensession and incentive is good. Otherwise that is worse insurance company I have ever seen in my five years insurance career. They have brand only. Nothing else .

1. There is no growth within atleast 5 years 2. Management treat employees like servent. 3.No reataintion policy for there internal and external client 4. Absolute indiscipleen working culture . 5. Less insentive structure as compare to other companies in same industry ( for sales and support ) 6.There is no policy for Internal Job Posting 7.No hr involvement with employees . 8. My opinion is very bad regarding Sbi life insurance, specially branch head or Divisional sales manager not skill to manage unit sales manager and branch head and divisional manager not highly skilled to develop front sales Manager.

Less skill set branch head or Divisional Manager specially East India. Very poor culture.
