Likes

Lowest quality training, high politics, poor work environment, zero innovation all copied from competition and worst work life balance and baised appraisal and no career growth

Dislikes

Poorly trained officers, no career growth, appraisals are biased, no rationale in promotion, work provided is not as per experience, all copy-paste from industry no innovation, worst work life balance, Seniors are busy in foreign tours.

Work Details

No futuristic work planning, everything is copy-paste from industry, always in fire fighting mode, no thinking ability, all top mgt oldies think that the way they have been working is only correct, no rationale in promotion and appraisal ratings.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
