Actually no good about operations in company. But for the sake of filling this section Work balance is good if you were posted at branches.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Worst management and HR department. HRs were least bothered about new joinies or low level employees. Always preference to seniors and seniors were hopeless no supportive and lazy ones all work to be done be low level employees. No good hikes and career opportunities. No support for efficient employees. Only boot lickers will survive here with good perks.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There scope for growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issue. Salary is not up to the mark but career growth is very slow.

Dislikes

Politics of branch manager, mental torture by branch manager, unit manager and also no response from HR team.I never saw such a worst company in my life.

Work Details

Hectic. Holidays and Sunday just in calendar only and there is no office closing time.Even after 9 pm they won’t let us go home. At the time of promotion they won’t consider how prompt you are bcz of politics in company. I will never suggest anybody.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
