It's a lala company run by few chatukaars like rohit and venu .because of them its on his downfall, being sold here and there. Higher management should think about them.They will praise you only until their job is not done once done they will start unliking you ,will do politics against you. Venu even don't know how to write a email and she has become manager their. You want a job join any good BPO ,here no work balance , no learning, nothing to apprais.only Politics , venu is so pathetic she complain about their team members to others department. I am working here from last 4-5 months, working culture is good, compensation & benefits are good, but about team bonding is not good, specially there is no future for future growth

Dislikes

No good team bonding, not a good management, mobile is not allowed below AM, either emp is from admin or IT, not allowing to take leaves while you have any disease.
